CanSat

Launch your satellite into a can.
A CanSat is a simulation of a real satellite but in a can. The students take on the challenge of making all the important subsystems of a satellite fit into this small volume. The CanSat is then launched by rocket a few hundred metres away. The mission: carrying out a scientific experiment in space and landing safely again.
For pupils aged 16 and over. A team consists of 4 to 6 pupils, with at least one boy and one girl, and an accompanying teacher.

ESERO Belgium wants to bring space into Belgian classrooms. We do this through our school projects, among other things. Every school year, primary and secondary schools can take part in challenging missions with teams of pupils (accompanied by a teacher). Each participating teacher can contact ESERO Belgium for all questions and support during the whole school year.
