Description: In an afternoon session (arrival from 13h30, start 14h) for upper secondary and KU Leuven students, the astronauts will interact with the audience in KU Leuven’s beautiful Promotion Hall (Naamsestraat 22). During the session several KU Leuven researchers will explain their own space-related research, and we will inform those with ambitions to embark on scientific studies and/or work in the space sector. The two-hour session will end with a drink in the University Halls to which all attendees are invited. The working language for this session is English. The programme can be found below.
Register now to take part in this unique and memorable event, individually or as a teacher with your class! When registering, you can also share questions you want to ask the astronauts. We will select a few of these questions that will be answered in the session.
There are 250 seats in the Promotion Hall, and we will close the registration when the maximum capacity is reached (taking into account the applicable COVID regulations).
