A day of activities on the theme of space and astronomy for secondary 5 and 6 students.
Around a multidisciplinary theme, students meet, actively participate and exchange with experts and researchers to question, reflect and discover space and astronomy through workshops, visits and moments of exchange.
Why explore space? What are the current challenges of space exploration? What is the state of scientific knowledge in this area? What are the opportunities and challenges of the space sector? So many questions that will be addressed throughout the day.
Several activities will be offered: visit to the UNamur astronomical observatory, discovery of extrasolar worlds, biology laboratory linked to space research, etc.
Activities to inspire young people to participate in the research and space conquests of tomorrow or simply to push the limits, discover what lies beyond the horizon, stimulate curiosity, and seek and understand the unknown .
